Noah was born in Kansas City, Kansas, grew up in Virginia, and now lives in Burlington, Vermont. He is the author of the poetry collections, Look Out Animal (Vegetarian Alcoholic Press, 2018) and Clothesline Saga (Vegetarian Alcoholic Press, 2020) . Noah is a woodworker (owner/op of Knock Knock LLC: Natural coffins and custom woodworking), a barista, and a member of the Salisbury, MA based band, Lightsleeper. He has been a Student Day of Poetry workshop leader for MassPoetry and the Mass Poetry Festival. Noah holds a B.A. in philosophy from Virginia Commonwealth University ('11) and an M.F.A. in poetry from the University of New Hampshire ('15). He is a recipient of the 2015 Dick Shea Memorial Prize in Poetry judged by Tanya Larkin.
